managers, equipment, and infrastructure based on project requirements.
Client pay a monthly charge based on the size and composition of the
team. Project management here would be responsible for finishing
the allotted task.
This model offers the flexibility to balance team size and project
workloads. When applied to the development work, this approach
is preferred for sufficiently large projects with frequently changing
specifications, because it saves a lot of time necessary in reaching agreement on the specification and budget amendments.
Client Interaction Process
Pre Project Phase
Tell us your needs and expectations. We do not expect you, our
potential client, to present us well-defined and / or structured
requirements. Just speak out your thoughts and expectations and
it is quite enough for us to start analyzing your project. We
will ask some questions, analyze your information, offer you more
ideas and then formalize your answers in the form of project documentation.
Systematix specialists read the specification, forms of Software
Requirement Specification (if not provided by client) and elaborate
it (discusses with a client any unclear parts and come out with
suggestions, etc.).
After finalizing the specification that is suitable for both of us,
Systematix specialists will provide the optimum technical solution
and project estimatation (the required budget and timetable). Also
the project implementation plan will be created (the dates for
project implementation from start to finish, the dates when intermediate
versions will be ready, etc.).
If the created project estimatation and working plan are suitable
to the client, then the project implementation would begin.
Project Implementation Phase
Client provides us the guidelines for working and does the task
allocation or gives rights to project management. Project management
is responsible for getting the task done on time. Client receives
daily report on the work being done. This plan stipulates single
payment at certain time intervals (usually monthly). The effective
working time for this period is to be compensated.
